Baking is what I love to do… I actually started out making cookies for holiday and other occasions for my family when I was 12 or so, about 15 years ago I started to bake and decorate cakes for birthdays. Now I love to decorate cakes and challenge myself to see what I can do next. Always trying new cupcake recipes and trying new decorating techniques.

rock star cake

for my sons 4th birthday we had a rock star themed party so I made this rock inspired cake.
It was a chocolate cake with a white frosting decorated wtih fondant decorations(stars, lightning bolts, guitar picks)  and topped with a chocolate guitar and a a piano style cake board
