Baking is what I love to do… I actually started out making cookies for holiday and other occasions for my family when I was 12 or so, about 15 years ago I started to bake and decorate cakes for birthdays. Now I love to decorate cakes and challenge myself to see what I can do next. Always trying new cupcake recipes and trying new decorating techniques.

owl cake

Two tier cake (bottom tier white cake with strawberry filling, top tier chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling) all covered with whipped buttercream frosting and decorated with tree branches and owls. Owls, flowers and tree branches all hand made out of buttercream fondant.
